Early transition metals-catalyzed hydrosilation reactions are reviewed. This review introduces hydrosilation reactions of alkenes, alkynes, dienes, imines, ketones and other compounds with multiple bonds. The catalysts and the selectivity including regioselectivity, stereoselectivity and/or enantioselectivity in these reactions are described. Furthermore, the mechanisms, and characterization of intermediates are also reviewed.
