A list of cuckoo wasps of the tribe Elampini (Hymenoptera, Chrysididae) collected from southern Iran is presented. It includes 24 species and subspecies belonging to 6 genera. Of these, 15 species are newly recorded for Iran. Hedychridium monochroum farsensis Strumia & Fallahzadeh ssp. nov. is described, illustrated, and the specific characters that distinguish it from related species are given. The synonymy of Hedychridium moricei chrysurum Linsenmaier, 1969 with Hedychridium moricei davydovi (Semenov, 1967) is rejected. Moreover, an updated list of all known species of Elampini from Iran is also included. The total number of Iranian Elampini now increased to 86 species and subspecies in 8 genera.
