ABSTRACT
 
One-pot heterocyclization of aliphatic α,ω-diamines and polyamines with aldehydes and H2S at 20–40°C gives rise to symmetrical α,ω-bis-(2,4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-dithiazinane-5-yl)alkanes and N,N-bis-[2-(2,4,6-trialkyl-1,3,5-dithiazinane-5-yl) ethyl]alkane amines, respectively. Heterocyclization of 1,2-ethane diamine with aldehydes and H2S at 0°C leads to the formation of 2,4,8-trialkyl-3- thia-1,5-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes. The sorption properties of 3,5,9,11-tetrakis-(2-[1,3,5-dithiazinane-5-yl]ethyl)-4,10-dimethyl-1,7-dithia-3,5,9,11-tetraazacyclododecane are discussed on the example of extraction of iridium in the form [IrCl6]2- anion from hydrochloric acid media under static conditions.
