Two new species, collected in Madagascar and belonging to the tribe Coenosiini, are described as Amicitia ambohita sp. nov., and Microcalyptra malagasya sp. nov. The latter species is not only new to science but is also the first species of this genus recorded outside of Ethiopia and Kenya. The hitherto unknown female of the recently described Amicitia impressiva Zielke, 2023 is also introduced.
