Vegetable oils are important raw materials with different functionalities for development of new polymers, due to their accessibility, low cost, fatty acid content and researches involving vegetable oil have increased considerably in the last decades. This review describes the latest research in the field of polymers based on vegetable oils obtained by the Diels-Alder reaction.
