Chemical Reaction proceeded in Lyotropic Liquid Crystalline Phase (LLCP) may be used to simulate natural biochemical processes and to synthesize the inorganic and organic materials with complex form. This review is started with a brief introduction and focussed on experimental method for the reaction in LLCP, small particle formation in LLCP and the effect of LLCP microenvironment on rate of chemical reaction and activity of SOD. The reference literature on this subject is not abundant, the greater part of them were listed here.
