Recent synthetic and stereoselective improvements of Intramolecular Nitrile Oxide and Intramolecular Silylnitronate Cycloadditions are presented. Our attention was focused on the applications of isoxazolines and isoxazoles thus obtained to the preparation of natural occuring products.
