ABSTRACT

The review presents the synthesis and characterization of novel mono- and polynuclear complexes of Fe(0) with new ligands derived from α,β-unsaturated ketone with heteroatoms (mainly N and S derivatives) at the β-position. The work includes interesting findings, such as novel organometallic arrangements in the heteroatom-containing moieties and unexpected coordination patterns.
