The applications and development of kinetic spectrophotofluorimetry were reviewed with 94 references. Among these, the applications of catalytic spectrophotofluorimetry, determination based on uncatalysed reaction, applications of micelle, the combination with flow-injection or stopped-flow techniques and bioanalysis were mainly discussed. The future trends of kinetic spectrophotofluroimetric analysis were forecasted.
