The authors investigated the zoosporic fungi developing on the pollen grains representing 75 taxons of seed plants in the water of three reservoirs.  89 zoosporic fungus species were noted on investigated of the pollen grains.

Phlyctochytrium  rheinboltae, Phlyctochytrium spectabile, Zygorhizidium willei, Aplanopsis spinosa, Achlyella flahaultii, Pythium artotrogus var.  macracanthum Pythium characeum, Pythium fragariae and Zoophagus pectosporus are new  to the water of Poland.
