Recent progress in tumor-immunology and molecular biology allowed to identify tumor-antigens that were recognized by the cytotoxic T-lymphocytes in an HLA class-I restricted manner at gene as well as peptide levels. We described here recent progress of the development of peptide-based cancer vaccine for treatment of patients with epithelial cancer.
